My name is Jesse Tyler, and I am a story teller.
I have a deep love for visual art and a passion for people. I don’t take photos simply because I enjoy doing so – I do it because I truly believe everyone has a story to be told, a story that shouldn’t be forgotten.
I believe great photographs can tell that story. When I am given the opportunity to take your portrait, my goal is to artistically capture your story as it stands presently. I do this so that you may always remember where you were, no matter where you go; to enable you to better share today’s story with future generations who long to know it.
When I photograph your wedding, I’m not merely documenting the hour long ceremony and the reception that follows. Instead I aim to tell the beautiful story of your wedding day in its entirety. Often, that means being around from the moment the first groomsman’s shoe gets tied to the second the last car leaves the parking lot. I don’t want to miss a single sacred moment of your special day; because in thirty years’ time, neither will you.
